Selena Gomezs racy new July cover is certainly raising some eyebrows, but a behind-the-scenes video of the photo shoot reveals Selenas touching advice from her mom! Awww!

Selena got her start on Disney, and shes been in the industry since she was 7! But her mothers advice has always stuck with Selena.

The advice that my mom gave me in the beginning is if Im not having fun if Im really not enjoying it anymore she doesnt want me to do it, says Selena.

How sweet! The new star of Spring Breakerscertainly seems like shes having a good time, but she admits there are downsides to fame.

However, Selena says that despite all of the annoying obstacles that sometimes bring her down, I always have to remind myself that when Im on set, and when Im on stage, and Im with my fans, its extremely rewarding and its still a lot of fun for me.
