The singer glittered in a shiny gold top and seemed to be enjoying herself immensely, even though she must be missing her boyfriend Justin Bieber while she's overseas and he's in NYC promoting his new album.

The couple hasn't been able to spend much quality time together these days since he's been busy on a press tour for Believe and she's been doing her own thing, including promoting her new fragrance. Hopefully they'll get to reunite soon! It seems like the Biebs is going to be in NYC for the weekend and we imagine he'll schedule some time with his gal if she's back in the states in time.

Though it must be tough, both stars seem to cope well with the distance. Gomez didn't seem sad at all while on the panel today. In fact, she was smiling and laughing and looked radiant. Bieber has also been his typical cheery self while in NYC this week. He was even a good sport when David Letterman ribbed him about his new tattoo.

Hopefully Gomez enjoys the rest of her stay in France and gets home to her superstar beau soon!
