Selena Gomez Dresses for Her Fans -- Most of the Time
Selena Gomez is stunning on any red carpet (even when she's sans Justin Bieber), but the actress/singer says that she doesn't necessarily want her fans to emulate her style.
The adorable Disney star admits that she dresses "cute" when making public appearances, but told People that sometimes she just likes to dress for herself. Obviously sometimes Im going to dress for me, Gomez explained of some of her red carpet choices. I wouldnt specifically want younger kids wearing a gown or a top that I wear. But most of the time I do wear things that are appropriate for everybody.
Judging by Gomez's impressive list of accomplishments in the fashion/beauty world, she would know best. The singer, who says she's currently focusing on movies, is launching her Dream Out Loud collection for Kmart this week. I am really excited for [that], she gushed to People. Its really cute!
The collection, which is made up of tops, dresses and skirts for girls, is all age appropriate, according to the young designer.
As if that weren't enough to keep up with, Gomez is also set to debut her first fragrance in mid-May.
