Justin Bieber (FameFlynet Pictures) Justin Bieber made headlines today after TMZ revealed he's being sued by a couple in Texas. But just because Selena Gomez wasn't named in the lawsuit, doesn't mean she hasn't been up to anything herself.First, let's take a look at the ridiculous lawsuit The Biebs is facing. A pair of Texans claim the pop singer is responsible for thousands of people harassing them over the phone thanks to a Twitter prank gone wrong.
Here's what happened: Justin casually posted a tweet that read "Call me right now," followed by a string of random digits, presumably thinking he was in the clear because he left the fake phone number one digit short.
W! hat he d idn't take into account was the fact that, of his 19 million followers, some of them would take their chances by simply guessing the missing number. Woops.
Next thing you knew (or they knew, anyway) thousands of Beliebers were calling the Texans in hopes of talking to Justin. Because you know, every number in Texas eventually forwards to Bieber. Needless to say, they weren't amused, and now they want money, concert tickets, and help building a website, all in the name of fair compensation. Stay tuned for details.
Back to Selena Gomez. She hasn't made any Twitter mistakes. She's also not getting sued at the moment. What she is doing: continuing to film scenes for her upcoming film Spring Breakers in Florida.
