Selena Gomez shares photos from the recording studio

Selena Gomez is still hard at work on her new album. The 20-year-old, who is working with Rock Mafia on the new album, shared photos from her studio sessions.

So far, she has been teasing fans with her tweets by posting goofy photos of herself in the studio along with song lyrics.

"It's a sad, sad serenade @rock_mafia," she tweeted on Monday.

"I can make the Stars Dance... @rock_mafia," she tweeted Tuesday.

Selena is recording a more personal record as the followup to her 2011 album, When The Sun Goes Down. She credits a big turn for allowing her to open up like that.

"It was incredible to see how I applied that to music because I've never done that before and it's great," Gomez told MTV News at her UNICEF charity concert earlier this month. "I think the older I'm getting the more I'm just kind of like I'm cool to share my side of the stories as much as I can, so I'm having a lot of fun."

She added, Itll be interesting to, kind of, have my fans know everything I went through, through music.

Gomez is hoping to give her fans their first taste of her new music in March with a brand new single.
