Selena Gomez's stalker agrees she needs restraining order

hollywood-newsLondon, Dec 15 : A man accused of stalking Selena Gomez has asked a judge to hand him a permanent restraining order, insisting it's the only way he could stay away from the teenage star.
Thomas Brodnicki was temporarily ordered to stay away from Gomez but in November her lawyers returned to a Los Angeles court to try to extend the ban for three years.
Felony stalking charges against Brodnicki were dismissed after a judge ruled there wasn't sufficient evidence that he intended to carry out the threat to kill Gomez.
According to Tmz.com, after he didn't show up at a hearing on 23 November the judge extended the temporary protection order until 6 January.
Now Brodnicki has filed a sworn declaration asking the judge to make the injunction permanent.
"I believe that a restraining order should be issued against me to prevent me from trying to contact Selena Gomez," the Daily Express quoted him as saying.
"I do not wish to object to the restraining order against me because I know it is the only thing that will make me stay away from Selena," he said. (ANI)
