Selena Gomez on shooting Wizards of Waverly Place' again: 'It feels so good to be home'
Selena Gomez and the rest of the Wizards of Waverly Place cast recently reunited to start filming a new one-hour special for the hit Disney Channel series, which wrapped up earlier this year.

The Wizards Return: Alex Vs. Alex follows the Russo family to Tuscany where they meet long-lost relatives, according to The Hollywood Reporter. In hopes of proving she is more than a carefree wizard, Alex, played by Gomez, casts a spell that creates a good Alex and an evil Alex. Evil Alex conjures up her own plan to take over the world, which leaves good Alex to fix her mistake, find a way to save her family and the world.
While Selena Gomez, 20, has moved on to more mature roles since Wizards wrapped, shell always have a special place in her heart for the Disney show and her cast.
Busy Busy Busy... Wizards reunion has been so much fun and I have been working on some amazing music for you guys, she wrote on Facebook. She also shared a photo with her TV brother, Jake T Austin.

David Deluise, who plays Selenas dad, recently tweeted a cast picture from set. They do indeed look like one big happy family. There is one member of the Russo family missing, though. David Henrie, who plays Justin, will not appear in the new special.
Alex Vs Alex is set to premiere in 2013.
