Justin Bieber appears to be coming a bit unhinged and his recent behavior is a clear indication. HollywoodLife.com spoke with four top relationship experts and psychologists who tell us exactly why Justin could be spiraling out of control.

Is Justin Acting Out Because Of His Break Up With Selena?

We spoke with Dr. Gilda Carle who tells us that the breakup with Selena is definitely a cause for Justins recent outbursts. For instance, he has been running around without his shirt on, he got into a fight on Mar. 8 with photographers, and he almost fainted on stage on Mar. 7 things are getting a bit out of control!

But one thing to point out is that all of this is happening since he broke up with Selena. You never used to hear negative things about Justin when he was with Selena, at least not this often!

When a couple is together, there is an interdependence on one another that results in each of them taking care of the other, Dr. Gilda Carle, the 30-Second Therapist on the Today Show says. While men in our culture dont like to admit it, the value of having a deep and caring love calms them. Without Selena, it seems that Justin is spiraling out of control he seems to be without direction and grounding.

Dr. Ava Cadell, the founder of Loveology University agrees: Justin Beibers breakup with Selena Gomez has no doubt impacted his ego and confidence. Scientific research shows that the brain appears to process relationship breakups similarly ! to physic! al pain, which can be seen by others as a meltdown. Justin is going through an emotional trauma in his young life and it would benefit him to have a therapist that he can talk to while he is on tour.

But Some Experts Dont Believe Selena Makes A Difference

Relationship expert and family therapist Dr. Jeff Gardere says that although he doesnt believe Selena being with Justin would change much: Selena may be the beginning of a long list or cascade of teen rebellious behaviors. He is experiencing his transition from youngster to young adult in the public eye and it is extremely difficult for him given the inordinate amount of pressure and stress from being a teen idol, and one of the most recognizable faces on the planet.

Relationship expert and radio host Cooper Lawrence tells us: Its more than just the break up with Selena Gomez, its the fact that he had to answer to everybody about it, she says. A regular teenager breaks up goes through the heartache and then gets over it he has to do it publicly. There was a time when teenage stars had some privacy but he has zero privacy.
