However, Gomez is said to have been surprised when two protesters broke into the show to hand out anti-sweatshop leaflets.

The flyer allegedly accused Adidas of unethical labour practices abroad and carried the message: "Selena Gomez: Be an ambassador for children, not for sweatshops."

A source claimed that Gomez was shocked by the protesters, who were later escorted out of the event.

However, the actress and singer - dressed in Adidas clothing - later addressed the crowd, saying: "Thank you so much for coming out. I'm so excited t! o be a part of this and so excited to see what you guys did with it, you did an amazing job!"

Recent rumours have suggested that Gomez may have reunited with her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber after she was seen spending time with him over the weekend.
