The insider told HollywoodLife.com: They are not dating and nobody should expect that they will be a couple ever or anytime soon. Strictly friendly at best!

At the time of the split rumours, Biebs opened up about the breakdown of his romance with the stunning brunette in Billboard magazine, denying rumours that he's become rather obsessed with calling his ex.

Justin said: "There's so many rumours. People say I call Selena every day and she won't pick up the phone or I'm chasing her down, and these are all fake stories."

Adding, "I don't go on blogs or anything like that. I hear things. People tell me if something happens on the Internet. It gets back to me, definitely."

The singer said: "I'm not in the happiest place that I've ever been. I'm trying to get through what I'm going through. Like I said, I have my really close friends to cheer me up and keep me going."

Well, it definitely seems like Biebs has picked himself up since, as he's been spotted partying with the likes of Will.i.am and The Wanted in London, leaving nights out with a whole host of lady friends.
